Okay so I write this review as a happy Brazilian guy 🇧🇷 who wanted to start licensing business but honestly had no idea how complicated these systems are. I found the LicensingSys licensing system and after talking with them for some days I decided to go for it. I paid around $4000 for the setup and system, which at first made me a little nervous because crypto payment and big amount, you know 😅 but the process actually was very clear. First I paid 50% advance, then they started installing everything on my VPS. They asked me to prepare the server with cPanel installed and create the subdomains (api, panel, cdn). After that their team did basically all the work. They also configured the licensing server itself, which I honestly had no idea how to do before.

The installation took some time but when they finished they told me to test everything before paying the remaining 50%, which made me feel more comfortable. I created some test licenses and checked activation and everything worked correctly. Now the system is running on my server and I can generate licenses automatically and manage multiple products from the admin dashboard. Performance is actually very good too, I was expecting slower but it is optimized well. Also they include 6 months support and updates, which is nice because this type of system is quite technical. For someone who wants to start a licensing business without building everything from zero, this setup saves a lot of time. Only advice I give: make sure your server is ready like they tell you (clean VPS, root access, subdomains etc), because I made small mistake with DNS and they had to help me fix it 😅 the experience was very smooth and professional. Now I finally can start selling licenses instead of spending months building the system myself.

I discovered LicensingSys (LSP) while looking for a more affordable way to run licensing on a few VPS servers used for development and smaller hosting projects. Buying official licenses for every server would have been very expensive, so I decided to give this shared license option a try. The installation process was actually easier than I expected. The instructions provided were clear, and within about 10–15 minutes I had the license activated and running on my server. At first I had a small issue related to my firewall settings, but after checking the documentation and contacting support I was able to resolve it quickly. So far the service has been stable. I’ve been using it for several weeks now and haven’t experienced any major downtime or problems. Obviously it’s important to understand that this is a shared license system and not an official vendor license, but for development environments, testing servers, and small hosting setups it does the job very well. Overall I think LicensingSys offers good value for the price. If someone is running multiple servers or needs a cost-effective solution for non-critical environments, this service is definitely worth considering.

The installation guide was easy to follow. I managed to activate the license within minutes even though I’m not very experienced with server management.

Installed the license on my AlmaLinux server and it worked without issues. It’s been running for several weeks now without interruptions. Now I bought the full bundle with imunify360, cxs, jetbackup, litespeed and cloudlinux. Loved the service definetly recommended for everyone!!!
